Please note: Deputy Cleaning Group must be notified at time of booking when the agent's end of lease inspection is to be undertaken as in the event that the agent requires us to return to rectify items, we require 3 business days to attend to those items.For example, if a cleaning is scheduled for a Thursday and the inspection is being undertaken on Friday. Deputy Cleaning group will endeavour to rectify any issues as soon as possible from the inspection date, however we require up to 3 business days to attend

Please note we do not clean between the oven door glass (inside the glass) unless the oven door is removed by the tenant/owner/agent and it is the responsibility of the tenant/owner/agent to reinstall the oven door following cleaning. Otherwise we only the outside surfaces of the glass oven door Where oven trays have a special non-stick/enamel coating, please note we will not clean using Oven chemicals, only using water. As this type of tray is subject to damage and can remove the coating if oven chemicals were to be applied

Our hourly cleaning prices are per cleaner per hour

If we send more than one cleaner, the actual cleaning time is less than the total man hours. We charge on total man hours as per this example:

Please Note for regular cleaning, we do not offer any come-back fix guarantee, we encourage you to inspect the cleaning once completed with the cleaners onsite to ensure you are happy with the results. However we will not send cleaners back to redo any cleaning tasks after they leave as Regular Cleaning is charged on an hourly rate basis.

Payment terms

If you proceed with our cleaning Services we require a 50% deposit or full payment depending on type of cleaning, to secure your day and time of cleaning.
