Please note the condition of the property may change the price upon inspection of the property on the day of the cleaning dependant on the size & the condition. Quotation is based on the assumption your property is in standard condition. If Upon cleaning we find the property to be in a very poor condition or there is additional cleaning required not discussed at the time of quoting, we will contact the client to inform of the additional costs applicable.

Please Note for regular cleaning, we do not offer any come-back fix guarantee, we encourage you to inspect the cleaning once completed with the cleaners onsite to ensure you are happy with the results. However we will not send cleaners back to redo any cleaning tasks after they leave as Regular Cleaning is charged on an hourly rate basis.

If you proceed with our cleaning Services we require a 50% deposit or full payment depending on type of cleaning, to secure your day and time of cleaning.
